As conveyancing is a type of work which can only be offered through a regulated legal entity, I chose to offer my bespoke services via Taylor Rose MW who have a very modern approach to conveyancing and a fantastic reputation for client service.
My name is Kara Bennesch and I am a Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing and I have been working in the legal services sector since 2005.
Having worked for typical conveyancing firms for many years, the pressures of maintaining a constant high volume caseload in this fast paced industry meant that it was difficult to always provide the excellent service that I strive to give to my clients and the service levels that clients should be able to expect at such a milestone in life. I therefore started Bennesch Legal Consulting to open up a direct line to my clients, so that I could take control of my workload.
This means that I have more time to dedicate to each client and to build up a strong relationship with my clients throughout their transaction making the process more personal and smoother for all involved.
I work remotely from Ibstock, Coalville in Leicestershire and my small team are also based in the wider Leicestershire area however, due to the modern technology that we use, we are able to offer services nationwide. I also work from an office based in Loughborough and can arrange face to face meetings there too by appointment only.
